“Kerala: YouTuber VK Baiju arrested for pointing out vegeratian hotel ‘Aryas’ with Ganesh idol owned by Muslim man”, Swarajyamag, July 4, 2023:

“VK Baiju, a YouTuber from Malappuram, who runs the channel News Cafe Live, has been arrested by the Kerala police under under IPC section 153A (spreading disharmony or feelings of enmity, hatred or ill-will between different religious groups).

The arrest was for a vlog in which he spoke about how a Muslim named Abdurahiman was running a vegetarian hotel named ‘Aryas’.

Further, he alleged that an idol of Lord Ganesha had been placed to mislead people of other communities…..”
