How crypto lobby operates in Andhra to target Hindus, defend their wrongdoers

Crypto Christianity is a significant problem in Andhra Pradesh, in particular. How the crypto lobby operates to save its wrongdoers by targeting Hindus has come to the fore in recent times.

The Alekhya Chitti pickles case

Alekhya Chitti Pickles is a handle run by three sisters, Alekhya, Suma and Ramya Kancharla from Rajahmundry, who sell traditional Andhra pickles. They are known for their non-veg (non-vegetarian) pickles. Recently, a customer shared an audio where Alekhya was heard abusing the customer by using swear words for questioning the high price of their products. Following this, social media (SM) users began questioning the sisters and calling for their boycott. One of the sisters even blamed netizens after Alekhya was admitted to the hospital for a breathing issue.

Subsequently, it came to light that the three were Christians. Alekhya shared a picture and post on Instagram of her father’s funeral, where he was seen being given a Christian burial. She was quick to delete the post that revealed her Christian identity. Telugu YouTuber Anveshi was also called out for backing the three sisters. There are speculations that Anveshi is also a crypto.

The question that bothers Hindus is why hide one’s religious identity if there is no sinister motive. The three sisters could have sold pickles without hiding their Christian identity. Another important thing to notice is that the three have retained their Hindu names and surname. This has become a common thing among cryptos, both Muslims and Christians, who remain Hindus on paper to take advantage of reservations meant for Hindus.

The truth about foul play allegations in Pastor Praveen Pagadala’s death

Following the suspicious death of Pastor Pagadala Praveen Kumar, whose body was found near his Royal Enfield bike in Kondamuru near Rajahmundry on March 25, the East Godavari police formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the case. The SIT summoned Telangana-based Pastor Ajay Babu and YSRCP State Christian Minority Cell Vice President John Benni Lingam from Andhra Pradesh to provide evidence supporting their claims that Pastor Praveen was murdered. The investigation was ordered after several Christian organizations raised concerns of foul play, prompting Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to initiate a formal inquiry.

Immediately after his suspicious death, Christians began blaming Andhra Pradesh (AP) Deputy Chief Minister (DCM) Pawan Kalyan and Hindus for the Pastor’s death. CCTV footage confirmed that the Pastor purchased liquor and, hence, drunk driving was responsible for his death. However, the entire ecosystem was activated to blame the Hindus.

Andhra’s crypto-Christian problem

AP is believed to be 25% Christian, and yet, there are efforts to hide the fact. The reason for hiding the fact that Andhra is 25% Christian is the government benefits of reservation. Despite a host of schemes for Christians that are run by the AP government, including giving some benefits to Christian converts from Scheduled Caste, the reservations in educational institutions and jobs are only available to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and OBCs. Scheduled Castes can only be of Hindu or allied religions, not Islam or Christianity.

Many converts to Christianity from the Scheduled Caste are not showing their new religious identity for fear of losing reservation benefits. It is to be remembered that this tactic is used all over Bharat. They do not change their names on conversion to Christianity. Converts who retain their Hindu names while practising the religion they have converted into are known as cryptos. It can be said with certainty that the loyalty of cryptos lies with their adopted religion and not Hindu Dharma.

Hindus need to be vigilant, given that even the judiciary appears to be giving a green light to crypto-Christianity and abuse of Scheduled Caste (SC) status. “SC status being abused by converted Christians is a matter of grave concern. Such misuse, apparently encouraged by the judiciary, is even more worrisome. A Madras High Court order holding that ‘going to Church or displaying Holy Cross cannot be ground to cancel SC certificate’ appears to be a step towards green flagging misuse of SC status and covertly encouraging crypto-Christianity,” HinduPost had reported earlier.

Be it the Alekhya Chitti Pickles or the Pastor Praveen Pagadala case, Hindus need to be vigilant and understand the game of cryptos who keep looking for opportunities to trap Hindus.
