“Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma expressed his disappointment on Thursday regarding state Congress unit president Bhupen Kumar Borah’s comparison of Bhagwan Krishna and Rukmini’s relationship to “Love Jihad”.
Sarma stated that it was unfortunate, adding that the government would take action against Borah if a complaint is filed.
