Amid the unstable situation and unrest in Bangladesh after Sheikh Hasina’s resignation, the BSF is on high alert along the Bharat-Bangladesh borders. BSF jawans specially on high alert to prevent infiltration attempt. Besides, local police forces of bordering stations are vigilant.

This morning, the police foiled an infiltration attempt in Karimganj district of Assam. Besides, the police detained four Bangladeshi Muslim infiltrators who illegally entered Bharat.

The arrested Bangladeshi Muslim infiltrators are Motiur Sheikh, Mushair Sheikh, Tania Mollah and Rita Mollah.

As per the reports , on Monday morning, a team of police were patrolling near the border areas of the Karimganj district. The patrolling team stopped four individuals who were coming from the border areas. During questioning, they failed to show any valid documents. They were detained. They confessed that they entered Bharat illegally. Later, they were arrested.
