SC woman abducted & raped by men against whom she complained of molesting her daughter: Bihar

In Chhapra’s Rivilganj, a disturbing incident has come to light involving the abduction and gangrape of an SC woman. The trouble began when some bullies from the village attempted to rape the woman’s daughter. After she reported the incident to the police, no action was taken. When the woman went to the police station again to file a complaint about threats from the bullies, she was kidnapped, drugged, and taken to Darunda in Siwan district.

In Darunda, she was subjected to a horrifying gang rape and brutal torture by the accused. Believing her to be dead, they abandoned her. Miraculously, the woman survived, and her family brought her to Chhapra. Despite filing another complaint at the police station, no action was taken. The role of the Rivilganj police station in the matter is now under suspicion.

Upon learning of the case, the Saran SP, Gaurav Mangala, has assured that no culprit will go unpunished. The victim is currently admitted to Sadar Hospital, and the SP has promised justice for her. The Rivilganj police station chief, Subhash Kumar, stated that they are taking action on the complaint regarding the molestation of the woman’s daughter and are registering the complaint. The woman’s statement is currently being recorded.
