A shocking case of hate crime has been coming in from the Murshidabad district of West Bengal. Islamists allegedly dragged a Hindu youth inside a mosque and tortured him for saying ‘Jai Sri Ram’. After receiving the information, the Police immediately rushed to the spot and recovered the Hindu youth.
As per the received information, the incident happened on the day of Holi at Sompara village under the jurisdiction of the Shaktipur Police Station.

On the day of Holi, Islamists allegedly held captive a Hindu youth inside a mosque for saying ‘Jai Sri Ram’. The Hindu youth was beaten. Later, the Police recovered the boy.

Angered to hear the ‘Jai Sri Ram’ slogan, some Islamists allegedly dragged a Hindu youth inside a mosque and tortured him. The Islamists beat the Hindu youth.
Later, his friends informed the Police. The Police immediately reached the spot and recovered the Hindu youth from the clutch of the Islamists.
The local Hindus became angry when they heard the news. They gheraoed the Police vehicle and demanded to arrest the perpetrators.
As of now, no one has been arrested.
