“A disturbing incident involving a Muslim man was captured on camera, showing him entering a Hindu temple and urinating in close proximity to the Shiv Ling inside. The incident occurred in Kandar village, Murshidabad, and a video of the act has circulated widely on the internet, eliciting strong public condemnation. The police have taken swift action, apprehending the accused, who has been identified as Ara Sheikh, the son of Ratan Sheikh.

According to media reports, this regrettable incident transpired in the Salar Block of Murshidabad district in West Bengal, on October 31, 2023. In the initial frames of the viral video, the accused can be observed engaged in a heated exchange with another individual.

He then proceeds to walk across the temple grounds and approaches the idol. In the background, several onlookers can be heard shouting and attempting to deter him from committing the offensive and disrespectful act. Despite their efforts, the accused persists, unzipping his pants and urinating inside the temple…..”
