In a disturbing turn of events, horrifying footage has emerged capturing the abduction and sexual assault of a 7-year-old Hindu girl by Yaseen, an Islamist minor boy. The incident, which took place in the Subhash Nagar area of Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, has sent shock waves throughout the local Hindu community, prompting concerns for children’s safety and security.
According to reports, the two girls were innocently playing on the terrace when their balloon fell to the ground, leading them downstairs to retrieve it. During which one of the girls was abducted by the Islamist minor boy. Then he forcefully choked her and attempted physical harassment against the innocent kid. The family members came immediately looking for the young girl but the minor Islamist boy ran away from the spot.
The footage reveals the harrowing attempt to rape the young girl, who was reportedly choked before her family intervened just in time to save her from further harm. The timely intervention by the girl’s family highlights the gravity of the situation and underscores the urgent need for vigilance and community action to protect children from such appalling acts of violence.
In response to the incident, authorities have initiated legal proceedings, with a case registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act. Chief police officer, Vivek Kumar Upadhyay informed the media that a case has been filed against an Islamist minor, Yaseen, son of Munna, a resident of Mahigiran, including relevant sections of the POCSO Act. Further, he continued that the investigation is underway, and appropriate action will be taken based on the facts that emerge during the inquiry based on the CCTV footage available with the police.
The incident has left parents in the Subhash Nagar area reeling with fear and anxiety, prompting many to restrict their children from venturing outside unaccompanied. Several cases have been reported in Uttar Pradesh this year regarding the persecution of Hindus, particularly the abduction and rape of Hindu minor girls. This is an alarming trend that is predominantly perpetrated by Islamist predators.
