Robin George used ferocious dogs to peddle drugs in Kerala

Robin George, accused of selling cannabis under the cover of a dog training center in Kottayam, has been arrested by the police. George was captured by Kerala police from Tamil Nadu. The police detained him on the fifth day after escaping from the police. The police were divided into four teams to conduct the investigation.

Police conducted the raid based on information that Geoge was selling ganja under the guise of a dog training center called Delta K9. 17.8 kg of ganja was seized from here. After seeing the police, the accused released the ferocious dogs and escaped by jumping over the wall. All the dog cages were operated using a single lever to open and shut the gates.

George’s Delta K9 is a dog training center in a rented building at Kosamattam Colony in Vijayapuram Panchayat. Delta K9 started claiming to care for the dogs of people going abroad and other long-distance travel and specially train the dogs. The police say the dogs were trained to bite if they saw them.

After receiving information that he was absconding near Kudamaloor in Kottayam, the police reached the spot but could not catch George. Two others who trespassed in the police-guarded center were also taken into police custody. It will be investigated whether more people are involved in the case.

For the last four days, the police searched for George inside and outside Kerala. An investigation focused on the drug peddler’s friend circle helped the police to find him. He is now in police custody; the police are collecting evidence and interrogating George.

The police questioned George’s father the other day. Based on the information received from him, the investigation of the case was extended to Tamil Nadu. Since yesterday, the police have been investigating the border villages with the help of the Tamil Nadu police. It is reported that serious charges will be filed against George, who sold ganja under ferocious dogs protection.

The accused was caught in a colony near Tenkasi in Tamil Nadu. He was arrested by the Kottayam district police chief’s squad and the Gandhinagar police with the help of the Tamil Nadu police. He went into hiding through a relationship with a native of Tenkasi, a worker in George’s father’s shop.

George is accused of trading cannabis under the guise of dog training. The pet hostel run by the accused had 13 dogs specially trained to attack the police. Videos of George giving his dogs special training to attack those in police uniforms have come out.

The police recovered around 18 kg of ganja from the center. The police caught the sale of ganja through a tip-off operation. A few relatives of the accused took a few dogs away. A couple of ferocious Pitbulls remain in his house.

The police have found that George has been selling cannabis at this house for some time now. His custom is to let the dogs loose when the Excise team arrives. The anti-narcotics squad and the police have been investigating for a few days. After obtaining the permission of the court, the inspection was carried out.

The police recorded George’s arrest in the afternoon and planned to produce him in the court in the evening. Meanwhile, the police have asked the owners to come and take the dogs of Delta K9. George rented this building a year and a half ago. He trained valuable dogs, including wild ones. The drug-peddling accused did not allow locals to come near his house.

George was arrested for unleashing ferocious dogs on the police and has now accused his friend. He claimed that a friend named Ananthu Prasannan deliberately brought the bag of ganja to his dog training center, Delta K9, to destroy his business empire.

George’s response to the media was when he was brought for evidence collection. He added that he does not know where Ananthu is now. There were previous cases of cannabis peddling against George, and the media claimed that he was a wholesaler. Last Sunday morning, the accused opened his dogs and escaped from the police team that came for inspection. He ran twice in front of the police and embarrassed the local police.

Police are yet to believe George’s arguments but are investigating. Is it a case of Abrahamics using victimhood to intimidate authorities?
