Bengal – present (and the power equations)

It is in this context, of Bengal post-poll violence (including horrible sexual violence suffered by women) at the hands of TMC goons and cadres, we must now return to bengal’s Sandeshkhali – and the widely reported cases of horrible institutionalized rape culture practised by anti-Hindu monsters from their ruling party which is led, most shamefully in this case, by a heartless creature which calls itself a woman too!

Why?

See, how exactly, did these woke extremist feminist people had framed the issue around MeToo?

“Powerful Men Vs. Vulnerable Women.”

It need not always be the case, because even a privileged woman can suddenly be jumped upon by monstrous Jihadis from ‘underprivileged’ background, so there’s that. But by and large, the above equation held and got stuck with the ‘movement.’

In that context, #BelieveAllWomen… kind of, makes sense.

Where there’s unequal balance of power, then of course its natural for people to be sympathetic to the underdog – at least in the very initial stages.

At least that’s how it should be.

But here’s the thing: in any kind of regime – authoritarian or democratic doesn’t matter – the biggest ‘power’, is the mighty State.

The government.

In western, developed societies; with clear separation of executive and law-enforcement (as far as operational details go) + a strong civic culture and mass resistance movements against police excesses, and all that topped-off by a fanatical commitment to rule of law rather than rule by law… it means mighty State’s power is not only distributed on multiple levels – significantly diluting it and preventing concentration in one power-center – but it is also heavily restrained by citizen uproar potential on any issue.

So perhaps you’ll have Harvey Wienstein, Andrew Cuomo, Joe Biden, Donald Trump and George Soros’s money-managers, who’d be all abhorrent and violent sexual-predators in USA and the west in general, sure, but it’d be what I say ‘polite blackmail’ (do this for me or else you won’t have that for which you worked so hard for all these years…the choice is yours); where even the most powerful of men would think twice about the ‘level of brazen-ness’ they could deploy against women or resort to actual, physical violence in case of refusal.

Again, that is not a norm. Women can and do get physically hurt – even killed! – by sexual predators in foreign countries all the time. In fact sexual harassment cases are more in west than in Bharat. Despite what the massive colonial, racist propaganda says (busted quite eloquently here.)

But what I do want to highlight is that people in power have every reason to be afraid of law there, and hence, be as discreet as possible and contain the amount of brazenness they can deploy.

But in the societies like ours, where we still follow, quite unfortunately, the foreign Abrahmic colonizer’s model of governance, by and large copy-pasting the highly repressive regime template devised in 1935 – with laws invented as far back as 1860, then, all around and everywhere, State’s power is not only tremendous but its also highly concentrated on every level of governance!

In the hands of good, honest people, it can do absolute wonders.

But given the proxies and brown sahebs left behind by foreign colonizers as their puppets, not to mention the internal saboteurs who spilled massive Hindu blood and voted for partition and gifted ancient Hindu lands to Islamists but stayed behind…because of all of them and their sickular programming, Bharatiya State has operated, for most of its ‘independent years’, filled to the brim with sickular crooks and anti-Hindu monsters!

That deluge can’t be cleaned that easily no matter how much we devote ourselves to ‘Swacch-Bharat’ abhiyan.

And in places like Bengal, the situation has been hopelessly dire for decades!

And it is that massive, tremendous, practically unchecked power of State – wielded by ruthless anti-Hindu monsters – that is today brought to bear on innocent Hindu women, who are, incidentally, from scheduled castes.

• A state where mere right to vote in free-n-fair elections, a most basic requirement of any democracy, has been a violent joke since decades.
• A state where bombs are found, bombs are hurled and bombs are getting accidentally exploded, openly, in goons’ homes.
• Where the term ‘political murders’ are used not as disgrace on democracy but natural state of affairs.

The news reports that come out of Bengal are so depressive that you begin to expect that if you ever went there, and ask for directions from a couple of elders sitting under a tree, then you’ll notice, inevitably, the corpse of at least one worker of a party hanging there, swaying in the rotten breeze,  with locals seeming oblivious to the horrific sight because for them, its part of their daily routine.

What Abrahmo-Leftists shamelessly call ‘culture of political violence’ without an ounce of empathy or sensitivity – or even irony or satire.

And the violent joke only gets bigger and darker, once you add the word ‘police’ or ‘law-enforcement’ in it, anywhere!

Because what has become of Bengal, under successive regime of sickulars, is not possible without total subjugation and collusion of police, and law-enforcement’s abject and complete failure to uphold Rule of Law.

Why else the Bengal High Court would regularly come down heavily on the state-police on multiple matters of crucial importance?

#BelieveAllWomen…. Now? (But why?)

This environment – where a woman CM openly declares ‘Jihad’ against opposition and says that they (meaning TMC people) are NOT ‘Kaffirs’ to forgive those who help BJP , and says it, without any sense of irony or shame, in a rally ironically christened ‘Sarv Dharm Sambhav Rally’ called on the day of Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha and hence was clearly in opposition to it… this environment, with all the massive, violent power of Bharatiya State backing this ‘anti-Kaffir’ mindset (where we all know what’s been written in their scripture about what to do with ‘kaffir women’ in a ‘Jihad’) with institutional support – where her party leaders and workers are already in the dock for massive institutional rape and violence in the aftermath of Bengal Elections… it is here, when despite all that, if, her party leaders like Sheikh Shah-Jahan found the gall, to single out young and beautiful women – married, unmarried, minor doesn’t matter – to force them to come to the late night ‘party-meetings’ at local ‘party offices’ where they’d be horrifically gang-raped, for days and weeks…this environment of brutal State sponsored repression calls for the concept of #BelieveAllWomen, where it is not only desirable but desperately needed.

Where women are out in the streets in their hundreds and thousands, protesting against State backed patronage to institutionalized rape, violence, and all sorts of other oppression, but police says that ‘not a single complaint for rape had been received so far.’ And then twists NCW statement to shamelessly give itself clean chit and then threatens media and the press, who are recording brave women’s harrowing testimonies for all the rest of the nation to see.

This environment… needs that.

In fact…

Everybody hailed those privileged, rich, white women of the west, having tremendous influence in their relatively safe societies (all things considered) of ‘being brave heroines!’, when they came out and named and shamed their rapists.

All due respect to their ‘bravery,’ these people have no idea, none at all, what it takes for a Hindu woman (of lower-castes, incidentally,) to be ‘brave’ in a massively repressive, self-screamed, ‘pro-Jihad’ and ‘anti-Kaffir’ regime like we have in Bengal.

And yet, what is the so-called liberal media doing?

Practically nothing!

Well, of course they’re doing something.

They’re trying, desperately, again, like they did last time in bengal post-poll violence season, to either silence the voice of the Hindu victims – by completely ignoring their voice; or, are busy whitewashing, justifying or outright denying the horrors they faced.

Also, tales of Sandeshkhali matter much more, persuasion-potential-wise, because remember: the biggest power of MeToo was revealed – and this is whether people agree with it or not – through corroboration. Where multiple women would come forward with allegations against the same person, with their own individual experiences; suffered through different places; different times and in different situations.

The stories would differ – the horrors would remain the same.

Usually the numbers of victim women hovered around 5-6 to sometimes reaching dozens!

This is why Sandeshkhali matters because here, the victim women protesting on the road against institutional rape backed by the might of State, are numbering not just dozens but hundreds and possibly thousands!

NCST (for scheduled castes) had received 23 complaints.

NCW (for women) had received 18 – with 2 rape cases.

A whopping 700 complaints BDO of Sandeshkhali had received so far. Of which 150 were land-grabbing related, 70 were against money-and-torture.

‘700 and counting,’ as Indian Express reported (not a BJP fan by any stretch of standards.)

No a small number by any measure.

And these are only those women who decided to speak up! Because we know that many women don’t.

Even NCW chairwoman Rekha Sharma said herself, speaking on the grave nature of Sandeshkhali issue: “Women can’t speak up out of fear of social stigma and the police. Women burst into tears when I talked to them. They were not willing to let me go. The molestation complaints are severe in nature.”

It is possible that maybe some of those allegations couldn’t be proved in the court.

It is also possible, that some of them would turn out to be outright lies, uttered in the rage of their helplessness against blatant land-grabbing and extortion and torture from TMC goons – like some utterly hypocritical alleged women ‘journalist’ recently peddled and theorized and propagandized about, who’d recently joined TMC for a rajya-sabha ticket despite previously swearing off it forever and slamming other ‘journalists’ for doing so.

But are ALL of these allegations, by ALL of these women, untrue?

Is every SINGLE one of the women who spoke up, a BJP agent?

Conversely…

Is every SINGLE man accused, belonging to an already rabble-rousing TMC, a holy-saint of non-violence? Having highest respect for ALL women?

In light of an oppressive regime like that, where women live in fear of police, State and politicians, and ‘party’, is every single complaint from them nothing but a lie?
