The victim, whose identity remains protected, was a diligent worker in the e-marketing sector, striving to carve out a future for herself through hard work and dedication. Little did she know that her aspirations would be brutally shattered by the deceitful machinations of Mohammed Imran, who cunningly disguised his intentions under the guise of a potential buyer with a Hindu name on Instagram.
Despite her polite refusals and attempts to maintain boundaries, the unsuspecting victim was lured into a trap meticulously orchestrated by Imran. On a seemingly routine visit to a local shop, she was abducted at gunpoint, her world turned upside down in an instant. The perpetrators of this heinous act, including Imran, his brother Anwar, and an accomplice Maulvi, callously disregarded her pleas for mercy and subjected her to unspeakable horrors.
Transported to a remote and desolate location in Hisar, the victim found herself at the mercy of her captors, who callously violated her body and soul through a brutal gang rape orchestrated by 5-6 individuals. The physical and psychological trauma inflicted upon her during those harrowing hours left scars that may never fully heal.
To compound her agony, the victim was further victimised through a forced marriage ceremony with Mohammed Imran conducted by the very Maulvi who had participated in the gangrape. Coerced into a union devoid of consent or agency, she found herself ensnared in a web of exploitation and manipulation, her hopes and dreams shattered by the callous actions of her abusers.
Despite the overwhelming trauma she endured, the victim summoned the courage to break free. Once she regained consciousness, she mustered the strength to flee and immediately contacted her parents. However, the trauma inflicted by Mohammad Imran had irreversibly shattered her.

In response to the outcry sparked by the victim’s ordeal, the authorities in Jhunjhunu moved to address the situation.
