How Congress MLA Mamman Khan’s supporters and IAMC played a role in inciting Nuh violence

The Mewat Riots chronology began on 27th July when IAMC, known to have connections with terror organizations SIMI and Pak Jamat e Islami, targeted Monu Manesar in a provocative post written in Hindi. IAMC’s tweet hinted at potential unrest just days before the riots.

In response to the disturbing post by IAMC, Monu Manesar took to Facebook on 30th July, pledging his participation in the Brijmandal Yatra.

Several influencers in Mewat began mobilizing against Manesar, but the real target was the Hindus. Among them, a mobilization video by one of the area’s influencers, Shaheen Sikarwa, was the highlight of the orchestrated campaign.

The night before the Yatra, preparations were ominously made with the local slang “Pyaaj footegi”, meaning “heads will be smashed”. Notably, this phrase was first used by Cong MLA Mamman Khan in an assembly speech.

Threats were issued to Monu Manesar as preparations for confrontations intensified. The tense atmosphere clearly reflected the Mamman Khan influence. Notably, all three screenshots shared had names of individuals involved.

What followed were hundreds of mobilization posts that amplified Mamman Khan’s messages. This digital Islamists echo chamber was key in escalating tensions.

As the Yatra began the next day, early morning tracking kicked off. Videos circulated via WhatsApp & Facebook, increasing reach. Voices in the background of these videos asked for immediate sharing in WhatsApp groups, indicating coordinated efforts.

Pilgrimage buses were stealthily pursued, videos were recorded, and real-time movement information was shared, heightening the surveillance pressure. The number of buses and their movements were meticulously tracked and reported.

Info on Police movement was also shared in real time, furthering the orchestration. A key person in relaying this movement information was Arbaaz Khan from Nuh. His involvement can be seen here:

The recorded videos were then disseminated in a group and further amplified by an influential account called शायर गुरू घंटाल, operated by Minsar Akeda. This played a significant role in stoking the unrest.

The portal ‘FARIDABAD NEWS TODAY’, run by Meo Muslim, Islam Khan, is also of concern. The outlet was seen recording and broadcasting videos of Hindu women.

Another local influencer, Kasim Khan, spread false news about Monu Manesar’s departure. The call given by Mamman Khan, a Congress MLA, was manipulated into a war cry against Hindus by Kasim Khan, escalating the tension.

YouTuber Juned Singer Manisha actively spread misinformation on social media, inciting unrest. His posts garnered thousands of comments advocating violence against Hindus.

When the Yatra reached Nuh, it was attacked. Despite knowing that Monu Manesar was not present, the aim was tragically and horrifyingly clear – to target the Hindus present.

Roads were blocked and every Hindu individual, particularly women and children, were targeted by the Muslim crowd.

4 individuals tragically lost their lives, including sweets seller Shakti Saini, who was brutally murdered. Numerous others were injured. Saini was mercilessly dragged from his shop and his body discarded in the square.

The turmoil soon spilled over into nearby towns, including Gurugram, showing how quickly violence of Islamists and hatred against Hindus escalated and spread beyond its point of origin.

Subsequently, the same Muslim influencers who incited the violence began sensitizing people about the need to delete their posts, attempting to erase digital evidence of the riots.

While Islamists were being mobilised by a Congress MLA, leading to dog whistling and attacks on Hindus, the BBC was sharing a completely opposite, and misleading narrative.

In summary, the issue began with IAMC’s dog whistle on 27th, amplified by Islamists. Monu Manesar’s video came next, followed by mass mobilisation. Fake news then surfaced about Monu Manesar. Hindus were tracked, targeted & attacked, & Post-riot, all evidence was deleted.
