Furkan Ali posed as Sultan Singh to trap & kidnap a girl who was sexually assaulted

In another case of love jihad, Fukran Ali trapped a Hindu girl by posing as Sultan Singh. The victim who went missing one and a half years ago was kidnapped by a mason from Moradabad, who had come to build a toilet in the village. He pretended to be Sultan Singh to lure the girl into love and subsequently kidnapped her. There are accusations of Ali sexually assaulting the girl during the time she was trapped in the accused’s house.

It was only when the girl reached the house of the accused that she came to know that he was not Sultan Singh but Furkan Ali. The girl, who escaped from the clutches of the accused, has appealed to the SP for action.

The victim, who reached the Collectorate on Tuesday (31 October) evening, said that two years ago, construction of toilets was going on in all the houses in her village under a government scheme. The mason who came to build the toilet said his name was Sultan Singh and said that he belonged to the girl’s caste. Gradually the closeness between the two increased as Ali started frequenting the girl’s house. About one and a half years ago, the girl was kidnapped. Her relatives searched for her, but when couldn’t find her, they gave up the search.

She somehow managed to escape from Furkan Ali’s house two days ago. The girl said that Furkan Ali had made her a victim of love jihad and demanded action against the accused. ASP Rajesh Kumar said that action would be taken after the investigation into the matter.
