“Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has mocked Prime Minister Modi’s sashtang pranam before the Sengol during an event in the United States.
During the inauguration of the new Parliament building earlier this week, the country witnessed Prime Minister Modi performing sashtang pranam before the ‘Sengol’ as a mark of respect.
“BJP can’t really discuss these issues [increasing Parliament seats], that’s why they have to do this whole sceptre thing. Lying down and doing all that. Aren’t you happy I’m not lying down,” the Congress leader said with a smirk, according to a report in ETV Bharat…..”
