Md Irfan & 3 others booked for sexual exploitation of women seeking employment after befriending them on FB: Muzaffarpur

In Bihar’s Muzaffarpur, a shocking case of sexual exploitation under the guise of providing jobs has emerged. The accused used Facebook to befriend women seeking employment and then sexually exploited them. When anyone protested, they were beaten with belts. The scandal came to light when one of the victims sought justice and revealed the scam.

The victim explained that the accused targeted innocent girls via social media, promising them jobs in a networking company. They then exploited them sexually. A case has now been registered at Ahiyapur police station following a court order.

The victim, who suffered from this deceitful job scandal, took her case to court, finally leading to the police filing an FIR. Nine people have been named in the FIR, including Mohd Irfan from Supaul, Hareram Ram from Gopalganj, Manish Sinha from Noida, and Enamul Ansari from Motihari. The police are gathering these individuals’ mobile details and working to collect evidence for arrests.

The accused operated a DBR company, luring unemployed young men and women with job offers. They then coerced them into sexual exploitation. DSP Nagar-2 Vineeta Sinha confirmed that the company was attempting to run a fraudulent call centre where women were being cheated. An FIR has been registered, and the investigation has started.

The victim’s statement revealed that the accused contacted girls online, trapped them with false promises, and then abused them sexually and physically. She also mentioned that the networking company had over a dozen cases registered against it in various districts of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

The victim recounted how the accused took Rs 20,000 from her, promising a job. They then told her she would earn a monthly salary of Rs 50,000 if she recruited more people. She brought 53 young men and women into the company. One of the accused, Tilak Singh, then told her she was now a shareholder in the company and began a physical relationship with her under the pretext of marriage. She was forced to undergo three abortions.

On May 19 last year, the police raided the Bakhri Training Center in Ahiyapur, arresting more than half a dozen personnel involved in the scam.
