In Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh, the police have caught the boy and girl from Gwalior who had eloped in a case of love jihad. In Sanodha of Sagar district, a girl from a Hindu community was abducted by a Muslim youth named Anas Ali, a day before her marriage. There was a fierce dispute between the two parties in Sanodha over this incident.
During this period, incidents of stone pelting, arson and violence took place. In which some people including MLA and SP were injured. The boy and girl who had eloped from Sanodha village of Sagar were caught by the police in Gwalior. They had fled in a car. They were later taken back for questioning by the police
Administration takes action against the accused – initiates demolition drive
The demolition of the house and shop of Anas, accused of kidnapping a Hindu girl in Sanodha village of Sagar district, started on Tuesday morning. District administration, revenue department officials and a heavy police force have been deployed on the spot to expand the construction made in the encroachment.
After the disturbance on April 19, the Revenue Department staff arrived on Tuesday with their force and the action to remove the encroachment on government land began. The team led by Sanodha Police and Parsoria Naib Tehsildar is removing the encroachment with a bulldozer.
Actually, Narayavali MLA Pradeep Lariya had met Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav in Bhopal. He had told that many innocent people have been sent to jail in the case. This action started from the very next day. Narayavali MLA Lariya has earlier also accused the accused of encroachment on government land.
Anas of Sanodha had forcibly taken the girl with him in the middle of the preparations for her wedding. Due to which the angry mob set his house and shop on fire. There was heavy stone pelting. In which policemen were also injured. In this case, the police had registered a case of rape against the accused.
A case has been registered against 150 people in the case of the same disturbance. Naryanwali MLA Lariya had said that this whole matter was related to love jihad. Parsoria Naib Tehsildar Harish Lalwani said that whatever encroachment is there on government land is being removed.
