Islamists entered into a School, beat a Hindu teacher Prasenjit Biswas. The teacher allegedly slapped a Muslim student(boy). Police arrested Sheikh Makbul and Sheikh Bilal. Incident from Naoda Nayanchandra Vidyapeeth under Shyampur Police Station of #Howrah district. pic.twitter.com/Hz3HEznMKf
As per sources, Prasenjit Biswas is teacher of English and teaches in Naoda Nayanchandra Vidyapeeth at Shyampur of Howrah district. On 11 September, Monday, the teacher was taking class in B Section of Class- X. A student of the class was not concentrating. So, the teacher called him and slapped. Notably, the student is of minority community.
After the Tifin period, suddenly a group of Islamists along with the parents of the punished student, entered into the school building. They went to the staff room and beat up the teacher Prasenjit Biswas. They also slurred obscene words to him and threatened him.
As the news of attack on teacher spread, students and local residents got angry. They protested and demanded strong actions against the accused. Meanwhile, the teacher filed a written complaint in Shyampur Police Station. The Police immediately launched an investigation.
Analysing the CCTV footage, the police identified four and arrested two accused- Seikh Makbul and Seikh Bilal. Yesterday, the arrested were produced in Uluberia Court and the judge sent them to 14 days judicial custody.
The arrest of Makbul & Bilal was a fake show down of police action. They’ll be released shortly via backdoor (most likely they already are!). The Trinamul Govt. appeases Muslims to get their vote to stay in power.
Takeaway: The Muslim students will grow more arrogant & aggressive and indiscipline jeopardizing teaching and education.
