Israel wants middle east hegemony and the US wants global hegemony and this could lead to world War 3 according to Jeffrey D Sachs American economist.
Sachs called Netanyahu a psychopath who unleashed his 40 year dream using the Americans for supremacy in the middle east by trying to annihilate Iran.
Representative Ted Lieu accused Trump of being a pedophile as according to him 80% of Americans believed that the war was initiated to keep the world and Americans away from the Epstein files.
However the US senate failed to stop Trump from going ahead with his war on Iran voting 53- 47 down a resolution to stop Trump thanks to the Republicans.
Another approval of 50 billion dollars to replenish the depleted stockpile of Tomahawks and Patriot batteries in the gulf awaits the Congress and it will be interesting to see how the Congress votes and if it sanctions this amount as1 trillion dollars has already been sanctioned earlier. .
If Trump & Netanyahu thought that the middle east odyssey would be a cakewalk like Venezuela they were in for a shock as a wounded Iran has responded through it’s operation True promise 4 by attacking US air bases across the middle east and hitting the north of Israel.
As the war gets prolonged America is moving it’s air defense systems namely the THAAD and Patriotic stockpiles from South korea to the protect it’s middle east allies who have been pummeled by Iran.
The US manufactures only 6 to 7 interceptors per month which have to be shared between it’s allies in the middle east with the major share going to Israel and the other gulf allies like the UAE & Saudi Arabia feeling hard done by.
The European allies are no less safe as Iran has shut the strait of Hormuz through which almost 17 million gallons of crude moves daily.
As energy prices rise Europe would be constrained to source it’s energy needs from Russia.
So the American allies are under the pump and the US itself reeling under a 38 trillion dollar deficit and rising inflation has the Americans dissenting against their eccentric President as he boasts about his gold curtains and 400 million dollar white house ballroom in the midst of all this mayhem.
The war is costing the Americans 1 billion everyday and the costs are mounting.
As the war unfolds Russia & China have not moved beyond the verbose though their have been unconfirmed reports of China offering hypersonic missiles to Iran .
Putin has been very categorical that Russia will not help Iran by attacking Israel because of lot of Russians living in Israel but the reality is that Russia has it hands full in Ukraine where it is fighting a prolonged war. However the manufacturing facilities of the drones used by Iran have been set up with Russian hep and knowhow.
But one person who has come out in full support for Iran is North Korean leader Kim Jong Un who has offered Iran his weapons which he says will erase Israel in one shot.
Ultimately it boils down to how long can Iran hold with its Shahed drones and ballistic missiles.The more prolonged the war gets the more it will hurt the global economy including America.
The second rung of Iran leadership is in control. The regime change which the US & Israel wanted hasn’t happened as Khamenei’s martyrdom has unified Iran & it’s Islamic clergy far from disintegrating it.
