Taliban security men have killed a young physician in the western Herat province of Afghanistan on Thursday, local sources confirmed, Khaama Press reported.
Amruddin Noori, a 33-year-old physician in Herat city was killed by the Taliban security members after he did not stop at a police security checkpoint in Herat, the victim’s family members claimed while speaking to local media agencies.
Noori, who used to have a small private medical clinic, had recently got married, the source said, the report said.
The security authorities in Herat have rejected the killing of the victim by the Taliban members saying such an incident has not been recorded with them.
The recent reports indicate an increase in the crime rate in Afghanistan, however, most of such incidents are not reported by the media due to lack of access to information.

They have different mindset: they do not focus on Afghanistan’s socio-economic development, industry and technology buildup. Rather they thrive on dark corridor: smuggling tons of opium to earn dollar. Since they have failed to emancipate themselves from Mediaval ideologies, doctrines, superstitions, and primitive justice, they are far from modern education & knowledge. They hate Western culture and education, yet they beg for food, & medicines from foreign countries for their survival. True it is that Afghanistan survives on foreign aid. Yet they are proud and brag their pride & prejudice over people of other countries. Once Africa was used to be dubbed as a Dark Continent, but now Afghanistan is a ‘dark country’ going backward as a failed state. So it’s not surprising if we hear stories of violence, mass killing, brutal torture & death of women on an alarming scale from Afghanistan. Because of dreaded, barbaric rules of the Taliban, hundreds of thousands of Afghans have fled to neighboring Iran, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, UAE and Europe & USA in the aftermath of fall of Ghani and the take-over of Afghanistan by Talibans. Never, ever peace will befall on this hostile country!
Talibans are notorious for summary trial and spot killing. There is no law & order. If you’ve gun, then you’ll wield power there. They’ll turn Afghanistan a hell!
