Hours after Bharat’s High Commission in London was vandalized and our national flag was desecrated, Khalistani extremists attacked the Bharatiya consulate in San Francisco, USA.
Videos of Khalistani supporters raiding the consulate in San Francisco have gone viral on social media. Major Surendra Poonia in his tweet said that it was unacceptable and shocking that no action was taken by the US government.
“Unacceptable. Khalistani miscreants attacked the Indian consulate in San Francisco after Indian officials removed Khalistani flags from consulate building,” Poonia tweeted.
In the videos, the Khalistani extremists can be seen trying to barge into the consulate, break doors and chant slogans. On the wall of the building, graffiti has been painted with the words ‘#FREEAmritPal.’
Earlier today, several local media outlets reported about a massive protest held by hundreds of Sikhs at San Francisco in support of radical separatist preacher and head of Waris Punjab De, Amritpal Singh Sandhu, who has been declared a fugitive in Bharat.
The situation has become quite alarming, especially at the Bharatiya high commissions and consulates in Western countries, where Khalistanis seem to have a free run. It is quite clearly seen in the above video, that there was no security available for the Bharatiya consulate staff, and similar scenes were seen in London as well.
On Wednesday, March 17, the Honorary Consulate of Bharat in Brisbane was forced to close down due to safety concerns after Khalistan supporters organised an unauthorised gathering and blocked the entry of the office. That incident was the latest in a series of radical activities against the Bharatiya community in Australia.
Things are no better in Canada, where a wave of temple desecrations have taken place in recent times and pro-Khalistani graffiti scrawled on temple walls, but no perpetrator has as yet been punished.
So 4 out of the 5 countries that consist of the 5 Eyes Anglo-alliance, viz USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, have seen a wave of Khalistani attacks on Bharatiya embassies, Hindu mandirs and people of Bharatiya-origin. If this is the lax attitude of our so-called allies and fellow ‘Commonwealth’ nations towards anti-Bharat separatists openly operating from their soil, what hope can we have that they will come to our aid in the event of hostilities with our northern neighbor? Clearly, the colonial hangover persists and ‘divide and rule’ policy lives on.
