“TN Thowheed Jamath circulates pamphlets derogating Hindu Religion to promote Islam in Chennai”, The Commune Mag, May 23, 2023:

“Tamil Nadu Thowheed Jamath (TNTJ), an Islamic fundamentalist organization, has distributed pamphlets derogating Hindu religion in Tiruvallikeni (DMK Minister Udhayanidhi’s constituency) in Chennai in order to create “awareness” on “women’s rights guaranteed by Islam”.

Tamil Nadu Thowheed Jamath, is an Islamic fundamentalist organization infamous for forcing actor Kamal Haasan to kneel before them during the release of his film Vishwaroopam, hurling a petrol bomb at Maniratnam’s house during the release of the film ‘Bombay,’ and other law and order issues in Tamil Nadu.

Recently, its members had issued death threats from open stage against Supreme Court judges in light of the Karnataka High Court verdict against the hijab….”
