RSS Pandurang Praudh Vyavasayi Shakha has taken the initiative after RSS worker Shri Sachin Biyani received a distress call from Nair Hospital requesting that an urgent blood donation camp be organized as there is a severe shortage of blood in the blood bank.

Nair Hospital approached Sachin as colleges, one of the main sources of blood collection drives, are closed at present. RSS has repeatedly come forward in serving society during times of need such as natural calamities and responded to distress calls immediately.

Youth are responding well to the calls and showing great interest in it. Nair Hospital will give donor passes to the donors. Bharat Vikas Parishad Film City Branch Adhayaksh Shri Ravindra Lohiya and Lions Club of Mumbai Sanskruti Vice President Lion Gajanand Mundhra who are supporting the drive will honour all blood donors, particularly first-time donors.
