“Hindu Munnani state president Kaadeshwara Subramaniam slammed the DMK government for passing a resolution in the Tamil Nadu assembly urging the union government to grant reservations to Scheduled Caste people who converted to Christianity. He stated that the DMK’s move is an injustice to Hindu Scheduled Caste people.
The DMK Government in Tamil Nadu headed by Chief Minister MK Stalin passed a resolution in the Legislative Assembly today urging the Central Government to bring amendments in the laws to give reservation to the Adi Dravidars who have converted to Christianity.
Hindu Munnani state president Kaadeswara Subramaniam issued a statement condemning the DMK. In his statement, Kaadeswara Subramanium said, “Tamilnadu Chief Minister Mr.Stalin announced today in the Tamilnadu Legislative Assembly that a resolution will be passed urging the central government to make appropriate legal amendments to provide reservation privileges to Scheduled Castes who have converted to Christianity.”
