“Hindu Munnani has condemned a member of its ally, Paul Kangaraj, state president of the BJP legal wing, for protesting in support of two advocates who are accused of having ties with PFI and have been arrested by the NIA.
In a press release issued on 21 May 2023, state president of Hindu Munnani Kadeshwara Subramanium stated, “Officials from the National Intelligence Agency arrested two lawyers in Madurai who were the state in-charges of the Popular Front of India, an organization involved in a conspiracy to convert India into an Islamic country by 2047 and eliminate Hindu leaders who stood in their way.
However, a group of lawyers in Madras High Court has been protesting in front of the court gate, claiming that NIA falsely implicated both lawyers, Mohammad Yusuf and Mohammad Abbas, in the case for appearing in support of Islamic convicts…..”
