In a horrific incident of a triple murder, a man killed his wife and sister-in-law with a spade and murdered his mother-in-law by strangulating her in Haryana’s Panipat as he became suspicious about his wife’s character on reports Amar Ujala.
The man has since been arrested by the police on 23rd September and sent to police remand on 24th after being produced in the court. The case pertains to early September when bodies of three women were discovered on 7th, 8th, and 9th stated Satish Vats posted at the DSP (Deputy Superintendent of Police) headquarters.
An SIT (Special Investigation Team) headed by Rajesh Phogat and with forest in charge as well as Samalakha Police Station in-charge as members were constituted to deal with the case. In the course of their investigation, the team arrested Noor Hussain, a resident of Chulkana village in Samalkha.
The accused confessed that he suspected his wife Madhu and on the 4th an argument had broken out between the two regarding the issue. At that time, his sister-in-law Manisha had visited them. Manisha’s arrival irked Hussain and another argument took place on the night of 5th September, following which he attacked her with a spade and slit her throat. When Manisha intervened he murdered her as well.
More horrific details tumbled out during the confession when Noor Hussain said that he burned the body of his wife using petrol on the railway tracks under Chulkhana Bridge. He threw his sister-in-law’s body in a drain behind the Samalkha Crematorium. When his mother-in-law insisted on meeting her daughters, he went to bring her home but killed her on the way by strangulating her.
He also said that after having disposed of his wife’s body, he returned home and had sex with his sister-in-law’s body before disposing it off in the drainage. He didn’t stop at this and even indulged in sexual acts with his mother-in-law’s dead body. He also burned her face using petrol from his bike so that the police would not be able to identify the victim.
The accused was produced in the court on Thursday and sent on four days police remand. Further investigation is going on and the accused is being subject to thorough interrogation to get to the depth of the issue. He will be produced in court once again on Monday, September 28th.
