August’19 developments reflect dynamics of geo-political power, Pakistan’s flip-flop won’t work: Chrungoo

“The developments pertaining to August 2019 in regard to Jammu and Kashmir are permanent in nature and reflect the dynamics of geo-political power. Any sort of flip-flop on the part of Pakistan won’t work at all, whatever be the cost”, said Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo, senior BJP and KP leader and In-charge, Department of Political Affairs and Feedback, J&K-BJP.

This, he said while making his presentation in a global webinar conducted by The Neem Tree, London today. He was on the panel of distinguished speakers on the topic, “Kashmir is mine”. Those other prominent persons who participated in the seminar included among others Abdullah H Haroon, Senator Javed Jabbar, Hashim Quraishi, O.P.Shah, Andrew Whitehead and Justice (retd.) Abdul Majid Malik. Zahir Babur, the prominent intellectual of the West was the organiser of the 23rd series of webinar and Zahid Hussain conducted the proceedings of the widely watched event.

Chrungoo maintained, while addressing the first such webinar after his discharge from the SS Hospital recently due to his Covid positivity, that there can be no compromise on the position that the government of Bharat has taken consistently over the last more than a decade regarding “terror and talks won’t go together”. It was an established doctrine acceptable across Bharat and all party lines in Bharat.

“The issue of dialogue and talks might not be subject to any sort of whimsically oriented manifestation of politics, unless Pakistan implements its sacred commitments that it made to India and the world. Otherwise there is a brittle chance of movement-forward in this regard. A lot  of statesmen and leaders of the world classified Pakistan, unfortunately, as the epicentre of global terrorism”.

The statements emanating from close quarters of the government in Pakistan speak its double-talk unfortunately again for Pakistan. Those who are yet in the wilderness of the so-called freedom or self-determination are the real enemies of Jammu  and Kashmir and those who propagate terrorism to ‘pursue their cause’ are not only the villains of peace development but also of the humankind as a whole”

There can be no two opinions regarding the fact that Bharat won’t allow any further division in the name of religion and creed. The mistakes of 1947 can’t be repeated, whatever be the cost. In order to establish peace, order, tranquillity and goodwill, Pakistan needs to come out of the seven decade old irrelevance of politics and social combines and cogmires in respect of Jammu and Kashmir, the KP and BJP leader further added, who represented Bharatiya and Kashmiri Pandit displaced people’s cause in the Webinar.
