“Former bureaucrats, judges & academicians welcome inclusion of Savarkar’s philosophy in DU curriculum”, Time Of India, June 8, 2023:

“A group of over 1,700 eminent personalities – including former bureaucrats, judges, and educationists have welcomed the inclusion of Veer Damodar Savarkar’s philosophy in Delhi University’s (DU) Political Science curriculum. Their signed statement also lends supports to the Academic Council’s decision to remove Iqbal’s philosophy from the DU syllabus.

The statement, signed by at least 123 former diplomats, judges, and senior citizens said that there should be truth and facts in history but it has been presented in a biased manner.

During the Congress period, the Leftist interpreted history arbitrarily and presented facts in a biased manner. Hence, injustice was done to many historical personalities who made sacrifices for the country’s freedom, the statement said…..”
