Vijayan’s communist govt lies about UAE trip

The latest reports suggest that CM Pinarayi Vijayan’s Abu Dhabi trip on a UAE government invite was based on falsehood. Earlier, the Kerala government had officially announced that Vijayan was going on a four-day journey since he had received an invitation to an investor meeting organized by the Abu Dhabi government.

Vijayan’s son-in-law and PWD minister P A Mohammed Riyas and Industries minister P Rajeev were supposed to accompany Vijayan on the trip and attend various events in Abu Dhabi starting on 7 May. The Marxist regime claimed that Malayalees living in the UAE had organized a reception program to commemorate the second LDF government’s second anniversary. (Pinarayi Vijayan-led Kerala govt was sworn in around the same time in May 2021.)

It was claimed that Vijayan would interact with Keralites living there this time. Though he has been to Abu Dhabi before, Vijayan has never really connected with the local Bharatiya diaspora. Unlike other leaders, Vijayan is not so popular among people from different states of Bharat living in the UAE.

Authorities announced that the Chief Minister’s UAE program had been canceled. To veil the major embarrassment, communists lied that the Centre had refused the Kerala CM permission to visit the UAE.

Incidentally, this is the same ‘helpless’ Vijayan who declared that his government would not implement the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA)! Citizens are reminded that creating rifts within society is an old communist philosophy, and as usual, they used their fake news media slaves this time too.

News about Vijayan’s UAE trip came out on 10 April. Back then, Janmabhumi reported that ‘the official UAE invitation is just a rumor; Chief Minister’s trip is to meet his son.’ The latest news about the cancellation of the voyage proves that Janmabhumi was right.

The UAE govt did not extend any official invitation to the Chief Minister. Such invites are never released without the knowledge of the Bharatiya Embassy or the UAE Consulate. Both did not have a clue about any such invitation to the Kerala Chief Minister.

The central government’s permission is also required to participate in programs arranged by foreign governments officially. It is not customary for foreign nations to invite the Chief Ministers and heads of federal states of other countries. Unique invitations are not required to attend the Investment Meet. Still, the Kerala govt boasted that it received one from UAE.

Incidentally, Vijayan paid a private visit to Abu Dhabi last October. The program was only to visit his reclusive son Vivek Kiran who works there. (Kiran works in a private bank, and that institution allegedly handles Vijayan’s benami funds). Swapna Suresh has revealed that Vijayan, his wife, daughter, and son were engaged in gold and currency smuggling.

Vijayan had arrived in Dubai after returning from a controversial official European visit. Back then, HinduPost reported how Vijayan allegedly held closed-door meetings with Pakistanis in a London event organized by radical Islamists. There arose allegations that many leading Malayali businesspersons in the UK were denied entry to that meeting.

At that time, the Kerala Chief Minister had no official programs in the UAE. A representative from the Indian Consulate went to the airport to receive him. Still, a vehicle belonging to a Malayali businessman arrived and took the Chief Minister to a luxurious hotel.

Earlier, Dr. Thani Ahmed, the UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, invited the Kerala Chief Minister to the Dubai Expo. Vijayan participated in the meeting in February 2022. At that time, there was no official greeting other than an invitation in the name of friendship. Back then, Vijayan also inaugurated the Kerala Pavilion in the UAE.

Vijayan claimed he discussed the completion of a housing complex in association with the Dubai Red Crescent under the LIFE Project with Dr. Ahmed. Vijayan also declared Dr. Ahmed agreed to start a huge Food Park in Kerala. We now know that the Red Crescent deal was a scam. The food park never materialized.

Earlier, Vijayan remained adamant about his announcement that the UAE would give Rs.700 crores to Kerala as flood relief funds. It turned out to be a colossal lie. States cannot accept such funds except through the central government. The BJP-led govt in Delhi has made it amply clear that Bharat will not accept foreign relief donations.
