In a startling turn of events, it has been alleged that Vipin Jakhar, one of 4 men arrested after a recent joint raid by Punjab and Delhi Police, is an AAP leader. The accused are part of a Pakistan ISI-backed Khalistani terrorist module that was operating in association with Canada and Australia based elements.
The police recovered three hand-grenades (P-86), one IED, two 9 mm pistols along with 40 cartridges from the possession of the arrested persons. They had been tasked by Canada-based Arshdeep Singh, a.k.a. Arsh Dala, and Australia-based Gurjant Singh, a.k.a. Janta to execute terror acts in Delhi and Punjab ahead of Independence Day.
Arsh Dala is a Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) terrorist who is most wanted by the Punjab Police. His involvement has emerged in various targeted killings in Punjab, besides in cases of supplying weapons like RDX, IEDs, AK-47 and other arms and ammunition to terror modules in the state after getting them imported from Pakistan. A red corner notice against Arsh Dala has already been issued in May 2022, and Bharat is trying to extradite him from Canada.
Apart from Jakhar, others arrested are history-sheeter Deepak Sharma of Moga, Sandeep Singh of Ferozepur (a recent returnee from Dubai), and gangster Sunny Dagar of Delhi. It is said that Vipin Jakhar was providing financial and logistical support to the other arrested. He had put up the others in his house in Goyla Khurd village which is near Dwarka area of western Delhi.
Social activist and BJP worker Tejinder Bagga has alleged that Vipin Jakhar is an AAP leader who has been part of election campaigns and also met Kejriwal himself. An image going viral shows Vipin Jakhar as the AAP representative for Nangali ward which falls in AAP MLA Gulab Singh’s Matiala constituency.
This is not the first time that AAP has been found to be involved with terrorist and other anti-national, anti-Hindu forces. A key instigator of the 2020 Delhi riots is ex-AAP councillor Tahir Hussain, while AAP MLAs and ministers like Amanatullah Khan and Haji Yunus delivered incendiary speeches in the lead-up to the violence and are accused of collaborating with rioters. These AAP leaders also routinely defend Islamic terrorists such as those involved in the Batla House encounter.
Mohd. Ansar, the main accused in the anti-Hindu Jahangirpuri violence, is also a local AAP leader. AAP’s links with Khalistani elements are well established and acknowledged even by AAP candidates like Gul Panag. In April, Nisha Singh, an advisor to Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and a former municipal councillor, was sentenced to a 7-year jail term for instigating a violent mob against an anti-encroachment team in Gurugram in 2015.
Many ‘centrists’ in the country claim that Arvind Kejriwal is a feasible contender for the PM’s post in the wake of Congress’ collapse and Nehru-Gandhi family’s credibility crisis. Nothing could be farther from the truth. AAP is not dangerous only for their ruinous personality-PR driven governance style and non-stop agitprop politics, the party poses a direct threat to our national security interests and the safety of Hindus. That such a party is allowed to function in our democracy and rule a sensitive border state like Punjab is testament to the cancerous rot in our democratic system and body politic.
