Sahil Khan becomes Sahil Singh to marry Hindu girl, demands ₹25 lakhs to end relationship

Noida resident Sahil Khan tricked and married a Hindu girl by taking on a fake Hindu identity and is now demanding ₹25 lakhs to end the relationship. The victim has alleged that the man hid his true identity and used forged documents to keep his identity hidden.

It is alleged that Noida Sector 15A resident Sahil Khan became Sahil Singh to trap the young lady in a love affair and marry her. However, after marriage, she came to know the reality and wished to end the marriage. Sahil Khan agreed to end the marriage on the condition that she would pay him ₹25 lakhs in return. He even issued threats to murder the victim. Fearing for her life, the victim filed a complaint with Noida Sector 20 police station.

The police have filed a case against the accused on the basis of the victim’s complaint. SHO Rakesh Singh has issued a statement saying that they have begun an inquiry into the matter. The police have also said that Sahil Khan is on the run and the search for the accused is ongoing.

This is the second case in as many days reported from Uttar Pradesh reiterating the need for a strict law against grooming as already promised by UP CM Yogi Adityanath and several BJP ruled states set to follow suit.
