“Ghar Wapsi in Madhya Pradesh: 50 families reverted back to Sanatan fold in front of Bageshwar Mahant Dhirendra Shashtri”, Organiser, May 1, 2023:
“As many as 95 people from 50 Hindu families who had left Hinduism for Christianity returned to Sanatan fold in the concluding day of Bhagwat Katha in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh. The Katha was organized by famous Bageshwar Dham Sarkar, Dhirendra Krishna Shashtri.
The famous Mahant Dhirendra Krishna Shahshtri also called Bageshwar Dham Sarkar is in the Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh these days. Shashtri preached the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha in the Baheria area of the city. On the last day of the Katha, as many as 95 members of fifty families who left Hinduism for some reason returned back to the Sanatan fold.
As per the local reports, as their initiation to Hinduism Shashtri gave them yellow stalls and welcomed them to the Dharma with tilak. The members undertook an oath with Bageshwar Baba which says, “We will remain in Sanatan fold all our life. We will not leave the path of our dharma, for any allurement……”
