“A father killed his son for allegedly having an affair with his own mother. Cases of incest are not new in India, there is a long list. recently, amid the ‘Same-Sex’ marriage row, the solicitor general raised an alarming question on incest and the possibility of a campaign to legalize the same.

Amid the same-sex marriage row, a shocking case of incestuous relationship has come to light from the Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh. Here a man killed his own son over his alleged relationship with his mother. Notably, while speaking against the same-sex marriage plea, the Solicitor General (SG) of India, Tushar Mehta also raised a similar concern.
