Parvez gangrapes a 13-yr-old minor girl on the pretext of giving her ice-cream in Kota, Rajasthan

A harrowing case of gang rape of a 13-year-old girl has come to light in Kishorepura police station area of ​​Kota, Rajasthan. Kota Police has arrested a young Muslim boy on the charges of rape, while the search for his accomplice is going on.

The accused coaxed the minor living in the neighborhood and brought her towards Chambal Garden on his bike. He brought her on the pretext of feeding her ice cream. Then took her to a deserted house and raped her. He kept her with him throughout the night and repeatedly molested her.

Kishorepura police station CI Harlal Meena told that the victim along with her mother had given a complaint in the police station. In which it was told that Parvez alias Budha, alias Bhaya, who lives in the neighborhood used to be on talking terms with their family. On Tuesday evening, on the pretext of feeding ice cream, he took her daughter on his bike to the Chambal Garden area. There he kept her overnight in a deserted house and raped her multiple times.

Police has registered a case under multiple sections and have started the investigation. The accused Parvez was arrested on Tuesday. While one of its accomplices is away from the police. In the case, the section of gangrape has been added. As per the DSP Amar Singh, the accused has been presented in the court and Police has taken 2 days of remand for further questioning.

While Pervez has been arrested, POCSO and other sections have been applied, but there is a glaring question that where will it end?
