“Outrage after AAP Leader Balkar Singh, caught flashing private part to woman, participates in road show in Punjab”, Swarajyamag, May 28, 2024:

“Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Punjab minister Balkar Singh was seen campaigning on the roads ahead of elections in Punjab alongside AAP supreme Arvind Kejriwal today, triggering angry reactions on social media.

Singh is under fire over a video of him showing him flashing his private part to a woman, which opposition parties have alleged was sexual exploitation of a woman who was seeking job from him.   

On 28 May, Singh was seen alongside Kejriwal and Jalandhar’s AAP candidate Pawan Kumar Tinu in a road show. Jalandhar goes to polls on 1 June in the seventh and final phase of 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Besides AAP’s Tinu, those contesting from the seat include INDIA alliance’s Charanjit Singh Channi, NDA’s Sushil Kumar Rinku and Akali Dal’s Mohinder Singh Kaypee…..”
