Another case of grooming jihad ended in disaster for the victim after the boyfriend hacked at her arm in Ernakulam, Kerala. Armed with a machete, Farook aimed for the victim’s neck but missed out after the girl fought back. The assault happened around 11 am near the busy Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium, locally known as Kaloor Stadium, in the heart of Ernakulam city, and yet police are unable to find Farook. 

Sandhya, the young victim, has severe injuries to her arm, and it is feared that she might lose her hand.  Locals admitted her to the hospital. The victim is from West Bengal, and Farook had groomed her while she was working in Kollam. Reports suggested that she had cut all ties with him and escaped to Ernakulam from Kollam last week. 

Farook disposed of the weapon and escaped from the crime scene on his bike. It is thought that he came to know that Sandhya was in Ernakulam and came for revenge. It is believed that some locals helped him. 

A lady friend was with the victim when the attack occurred. The attack took place near where the girls lived. They were beauticians on their way to their shop when the attack happened. Eyewitnesses said that the girls regularly walked along the same route. Today, Farook appeared on a motorcycle and shoved the two women. 

He then took a machete and lashed at his former girlfriend’s throat. The other girl blocked it with her hand, but Farook attacked again. Though it missed the girl’s neck, it badly injured her hand. The assailant escaped on his bike when the other lady tried to fight back. Police reached the scene, examined some CCTV footage, and promised to investigate. He is yet to be traced.

Green communism apologists claimed it was a ‘scuffle’ between a youngster and two women. Naturally, they also failed to report the names of the attacker and the victim. Similar propaganda was unleashed when Popular Front of India terrorists chopped off Prof. Joseph’s hand.  

Law and order is a mess in Kerala, and neither the police nor the administration seem to care. Murders, gold smuggling, and attacks on women and children are happening on an almost daily basis, including by goons high on drugs and alcohol. Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan also handles the home portfolio. As if the radical Islamists were not enough, communist leaders allegedly protect rowdies who indulge in violent crimes. Many communist leaders have serious criminal charges against their names.

The state government has moved to discharge hardened prisoners en masse by giving remission of sentence. The Kerala home department issued an order to release the prisoners, including political criminals, with a reduced sentence. With this, there will be a situation where many political prisoners serving life sentences go home before completing their court-ordered sentences. 

Vijayan had tried to release communist hitmen accused of murdering TP Chandrasekhar but was forced to scrap the order following a massive outcry. After the protest, the government revised the list. The current list aims to release communist party workers involved in political crimes. Under this order, criminals will receive a relaxation of 15 days to one year based on the duration of the sentence. For other life prisoners, a maximum of one year reduced sentence can be granted. 

Recently, Christian extremists led by anti-national Latin Catholic priests damaged public property worth one crore, demolished Vizhinjam police station, and injured 36 police personnel. Not a single person involved in those attacks has been arrested as yet. Meanwhile, Vijayan and his coterie have bought bullet-proof vehicles and fortified their offices and residences. 

Vijayan has spent Rs.25.5 lakhs on a lift for his official residence Cliff House. It is a two-storied structure! He shares the official bungalow with his wife and daughter, Veena, and his son-in-law, Kerala PWD minister Mohammad Riyas. Such extravagance is not uncommon among Communist ‘first among equals’ leaders, notwithstanding their rhetoric aimed at the toiling proletariat masses.
