Seven new HEF chapters launched in Bengaluru under the guidance of Swami Vigyananand ji

Bengaluru witnessed a historic moment on Saturday, January 25, 2025, with the successful launch of seven new chapters of the Hindu Economic Forum (HEF) under the guidance and blessings of Sri Swami Vigyananand ji. This milestone marks the first time seven HEF chapters have been established within any city in Bharat.

Following this unprecedented expansion, HEF India has set an ambitious goal to launch five more chapters in Bengaluru in February and eight in March, further strengthening its presence in the city. On this significant occasion, the current president of the Bengaluru chapter, Sri D. N. Prahalad ji, was unanimously elected as the President of the newly formed Bengaluru Central Chapter for the next two years. Alongside him, other office bearers appointed for the Bengaluru Central Chapter include Sri T. M. Balakrishnan as Vice President, Major Ashwath Kumar ji as Secretary, Sri Narendra Adanoor as Treasurer, and Sri Anand Muttalli as the Legal Cell Secretary.

The newly launched chapters include Bengaluru Central, Malleshwaram, Nelamangala, Nagarabhavi, R. R. Nagar General, HSR Layout, and Vijayanagara. During this momentous event, the office bearers of these chapters took a solemn oath of service in the name of the Bhagavad Gita and Bharat Mata, reaffirming their commitment to fostering economic empowerment within the Hindu community.

Sri D. N. Prahlad ji, President of HEF Bengaluru, presided over the event. It was also graced by the Chief Guest, Sri Sunil Banarasidas Goyal, Director of Polaad Steels, Jalna, Maharashtra. The launch of these chapters marks a significant step in HEF’s mission to strengthen Hindu economic initiatives and foster a self-reliant and prosperous Bharat.
